Check-out time is at noon (12:00hrs). Late checkout will be subject to availability and prior arrangement with the Front Desk. Check-out in-between 14:00 to 16:00 hours will be subject to 50% accommodation charges. Check-out after 16:00 hours will incur 100% of the accommodation being charged accordingly.
Check-in time is at 01:30 pm. Early check-in is subject to bed/glamp availability on the relevant day. Guests are required to reconfirm with the front office staff. For forced early arrivals before 12:00 hours, glamps will be booked and charged from the previous night.
50% cancellation charges of the invoice amount apply if canceled 5 days before the visit.
100% cancellation charges of the invoice amount apply if canceled 24 hours before the visit.
For bookings requiring a refund, 25% cancellation charges of the invoiced amount will be applied regardless of the number of days before the check-in date.
For airline travelers, if the booking is canceled, guests will be given the choice to transfer their booking to the next available date within the next 3 months.
Alternatively, guests can opt for a 75% refund of the invoiced amount. Proof of flight is required for eligibility.
Glamps not occupied by 10:00 PM (2200 hours) will be considered a no-show unless a prior arrangement has been made.
No-shows will be charged 100% cancellation charges, including both on-site cancellations and off-site cancellations made 24 hours before the visit.
Changing a booking from one site to another will incur a charge of 10% of the first invoiced amount.
In the event of a guest becoming medically ill on-site and requesting to cancel their booking, they will be charged 100% cancellation fees as per the 24-hour cancellation clause.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond control, such as natural disasters or government restrictions, both parties reserve the right to modify or cancel the reservation without penalty.

All cancellations and modification requests must be communicated directly through our booking platform or by contacting us directly via phone or email. Verbal cancellations will not be accepted.
The funds should be deposited within 24 hours of the booking order, else management reserves the right to cancel the booking.
All the funds should be transferred to the designated bank account of “Glamping Pakistan (Pvt.) Limited”.
Provide proof of fund transfer while booking via email to receive a booking confirmation.
While depositing cash on-site, do receive an authorized invoice from onsite management.
